一、基本信息
董响贵,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2013年于扬州大学动物科学专业,获学士学位,2019年于中国农业大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业,获博士学位,2020年-至今,任职于久游手机游戏平台官网动物科技学院。主要致力于家养动物功能基因组学、群体遗传学和进化生物学研究。担任陕西省家兔产业技术体系秘书长,国家特种经济动物科技创新联盟理事,The Innovation Life、《经济动物学报》等期刊青年编委。

二、研究方向
在主要家养动物中,家兔是驯化历史较短的物种之一,在约1400年的驯化过程中形成了丰富的品种资源和表型变异。课题组主要聚焦家兔种质资源,整合多组学测序技术、群体遗传学和比较基因组学等方法,解析家兔由野生祖先到地方品种再到现代培育品种发展过程中重要性状的形成与演化规律,挖掘关键功能基因,揭示重要经济性状(如被毛性状、体重、肉质等)的遗传机制,为家兔分子育种提供理论依据。
课题组另外一个研究方向为林麝基因组学和泌香的分子遗传机制。
